Cancellation Policy

We will accept any cancellation without a fine if you make it at least 24 hours before the pickup. The fine is rated 100% in case of a No-show. The cancellation must be made by e-mail or by phone.

Extra charges and Tolls

Any taxes, park, bridge or road tolls are included in the instant online quotes on our website. Except for all trips requiring Eurotunnel or Ferry boats. For example, for trips from/to Great Britain (UK), the cost of the Eurotunnel ticket or Ferry boat is not included in the price you see in our booking form.

It will be invoiced separately at cost.

On-board Rules

• Food and sweet drinks (coffee, soft drinks, sodas, juices, alcoholic beverages, etc.) are not permitted inside the vehicle, except sealed bottled water.
• All passengers must wear a seatbelt throughout the journey, in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
• Pets and other animals must be transported in an appropriate carrier or cage.
• For long-distance transfers, the driver will take a 15-minute break every two hours for safety and compliance reasons.
• If you require additional time for lunch or meal breaks longer than 15 minutes, this must be specified at the time of booking so that the journey can be planned accordingly.
• Please be on time, or let us know in advance if you'll be delayed. Please note that waiting time at the hotel or address is charged at €50 for the first 30 minutes and €90 for up to one hour.
