GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. Identification of the Service Provider

Bookings are made with:

The Company operates as a licensed passenger transport service.

2. Definitions

  • "Client": the individual or legal entity making the booking.
  • "Passenger(s)": the person(s) actually transported.
  • "Booking": the confirmed reservation with a unique reference number.
  • "Pick-up time": the confirmed time of the vehicle's arrival at the pick-up location.
  • "No-show": absence of the Passenger at the pick-up location within 30 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time, without prior notice.
  • "Waiting time": any time exceeding 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time.
  • "Paris region": area located within a 50 km road distance from the geographical center of Paris (Notre-Dame de Paris, 75004).

3. Services offered

3.1 Private Transfer (point-to-point)

A Private Transfer is a direct point-to-point service (e.g., airport, station, address). The price is fixed in advance based on the distance and vehicle type. Use our "Long Distance Taxi" or "Airport Transfers" booking options to book and view the exact price.

3.2 Hourly Car with Driver

Our Hourly Car with Driver service offers maximum flexibility, ideal for tours, sightseeing, or any trip where the pick-up and drop-off locations are the same. Whether it is a single-day or multi-day journey across multiple countries, you are free to adjust the itinerary as you go, with our driver ready and waiting at each stop you choose.

The minimum hire duration depends on the distance you plan to cover. The applicable minimum duration is displayed at booking time.

3.3 Hourly Coach (Bus) with driver or transfer

For group transport, we offer coach (bus) rentals with dedicated drivers. Coach services are subject to specific booking, modification and cancellation rules (see section 5.2).

4. Booking, Quote and Payment

4.1 Instant online quotes

All prices displayed on our booking form are inclusive of VAT (French VAT rate: 10% for passenger transport if applicable). Quotes include:

  • Driver services;
  • Short stops (maximum 15 minutes) on the way, for restrooms or quick snack;
  • Standard fuel costs;
  • Standard road, bridge and park tolls within continental Europe;
  • Vehicle standard equipment.

4.2 Excluded costs

Unless explicitly included in the quote, the following are not included:

  • Eurotunnel or Ferry tickets (invoiced separately at cost);
  • Airport parking fees exceeding 60 minutes of waiting time;
  • Any additional stop or detour not mentioned at booking time;
  • Personal expenses of Passengers (meals, drinks, hotel, etc.);
  • Applicable fines or penalties caused by Passenger behavior.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking by credit card, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For corporate accounts, payment terms are 10 days from invoice date.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

5.1 Cancellation by the Client — Cars, vans and minibuses

5.2 Cancellation by the Client — Coach (bus) bookings

For coach (bus) bookings, our rules are stricter due to the significant operational commitment involved:

Booking modifications for coach services must be approved by our managers and may result in a price change.

5.3 Modification by the Client

Any modification request must be made at least 2 hours before pick-up for bookings within the Paris region, at least 24 hours before pick-up for bookings outside the Paris region, and at least 14 days before pick-up for coach bookings, by email or phone. Modifications are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if the modification changes the vehicle category, distance or duration.

5.4 Cancellation format

Phone cancellations must be followed by an email confirmation. The applicable cancellation fee is calculated based on the date and time the email is received by the Company.

5.5 Cancellation by the Company

In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, road closures, fuel shortage etc.), the Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the booking. A full refund or alternative solution will be offered. The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client as a result of such cancellation (e.g., alternative transport, missed connections).

6. Booking confirmation

For every booking, the Client will receive three confirmation emails:

  • Initial Confirmation: an automatic email confirming that the booking has been recorded by our system.
  • Booking Acceptance: an email from our manager confirming that the booking has been accepted.
  • Driver Assignment: once a driver has been assigned, an email with the driver's name, phone number and photo.

For the first booking on our website, the Client will also receive a welcome email with login and password.

7. Vehicle category and upgrades

When you book a specific vehicle category (e.g., Economy, Business, Van), the Company reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the selected vehicle is unavailable, at no additional cost to the Client.

A downgrade (e.g., providing an Economy vehicle when a Business vehicle was booked) is never applied without the Client's prior consent. In such case, a partial refund would be offered.

8. Waiting Time

8.2 Airport pickups and flight delays

For airport pick-ups, waiting time starts 60 minutes after the landing time for all flights. Flight tracking is included at no extra charge.

If you anticipate a flight or train delay of more than one hour, please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail, SMS or phone. Depending on vehicle availability, we can either reschedule the start of the service to a later time, or cancel it without any penalty.

8.3 Intermediate stops

Any unscheduled stop must be requested to the driver. Stops of more than 15 minutes may be invoiced.

9. On-Board Rules

The following rules apply throughout the journey:

9.1 Safety

  • Seatbelts are mandatory for all Passengers, including on the rear seats, in accordance with French Highway Code (Article R412-1).
  • Children must travel in an appropriate child seat according to their age and weight.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse transport of a Passenger not complying with safety rules.

9.2 Food, drinks and behavior

  • Food and drinks (including coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, alcohol) are not permitted inside the vehicle, except sealed bottled water.
  • Smoking, vaping and drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Loud or disruptive behavior may lead to the immediate termination of the journey, with no refund.

9.3 Pets and animals

Pets are accepted subject to prior request at booking. They must travel in an appropriate carrier or cage.

9.4 Luggage

Luggage capacity is limited to the vehicle category booked. Excess luggage must be declared at booking. The Company declines all responsibility for valuables, cash or fragile items left in the vehicle.

10. Long-Distance Journeys

10.1 Driver breaks

For safety and legal compliance (French Labor Code and EU regulations on driver rest time), the driver will take a 15-minute break every 2 hours of continuous driving.

10.2 Meal breaks

If a lunch or dinner stop longer than 15 minutes is required, this must be specified at the time of booking for the journey to be planned accordingly.

10.3 Overnight stays

For journeys requiring an overnight stay by the driver, accommodation costs are invoiced separately at cost, based on standard 3-star hotel rates.

11. Liability

11.1 Company liability

The Company undertakes to provide the service with due professional care. Its liability is limited to the direct damages caused by proven fault of the Company or its driver, and capped at the amount of the booking.

11.2 Delays

The Company undertakes to arrive at the pick-up point at the confirmed time. However, no liability is accepted for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure (weather, strikes, roadblocks, demonstrations, terrorist attacks);
  • Traffic conditions beyond normal expectations;
  • Actions of third parties (accidents on the route, road closures by authorities).

11.3 Missed flights, trains, connections

The Client is responsible for booking with a sufficient safety margin. The Company recommends booking pick-up times allowing at least 3 hours before international flight departure and 2 hours before Schengen flight departure.

11.4 Personal belongings

Passengers travel with their personal belongings at their own risk. Items left in the vehicle can be returned upon request, at the Client's expense for shipping.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, terrorist attacks, government orders, road closures, fuel shortages or vehicle theft.

13. Personal Data (GDPR)

Personal data collected at booking (name, email, phone, address, payment information) are processed by AGENCE ARAMIS PARIS as data controller, for the following purposes:

  • Providing the transport service;
  • Sending confirmation and reminder emails;
  • Invoicing and accounting;
  • Commercial follow-up (with opt-in consent).

Data are kept for a maximum of 10 years for accounting compliance, and deleted thereafter.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679), the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data by writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. Complaints may be filed with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

14. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's registered office (Tribunal des Activités Économiques de Versailles), except mandatory rules of consumer law providing otherwise.

16. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
