Pets must be securely placed in a pet carrier. For border crossings, please provide your pet's microchip number. A pet fee of €27 per pet will be applied. Can I Add Stops and Detours to My Route?
Yes, when booking a ride from point A to point B, you can customize your itinerary by adding stops and detours, along with the duration of each stop. The final, all-inclusive price will reflect any deviations and waiting time at stops.
Short stops for quick snacks or restroom breaks are free, and you don’t need to specify them during the booking process.
What Is the Price for a Long-Distance Ride to/from London?
- Our prices are fixed and not influenced by traffic, weather, or the time of day. Generally, our rates are much lower than regular taxis.
The prices shown on our website include all taxes, fees, road and parking tolls.
Booster seats and child seats are provided free of charge.
However, the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket and pet fees (if you're traveling with an animal) are not included in the price.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking, whether it was made a day or a month in advance.
- Modifications are free of charge, including changes to the pick-up time or date, addresses, route and stops, or the number of passengers. However, if you change the departure or arrival address, the distance—and therefore the final price—may be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations are free if made at least two hours before the scheduled pick-up time if the departure point is in the Paris region. For departures outside of France, cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours in advance.
What Types of Vehicles Can I Book?
We offer a variety of vehicle options to suit your needs. For example, if you're traveling in a group of up to 8 people or have a lot of luggage, we can arrange a transfer by van. Our available vehicle types include:

- Station Wagon (SW): Seats 3 passengers with a spacious luggage trunk.

MEET AND GREET
Your driver will meet you with a Greeting Sign with your name on it (or any inscription you'd like) in the airport or train station. He will also help you to handle the loading of your luggage.

How Do We Calculate the Total Price for Our Long-Distance Taxis and Transfers?
We follow a simple principle: the longer the distance, the lower the price per mile/kilometer. Our standard rate is based on the fastest route calculated by Google Maps between your departure and arrival points. For one-way journeys, the total distance also includes the return trip to our base in central Paris.

Conversion rates:
1 kilometer = 0.6214 mile
1 mile = 1.609 kilometer
Please note: The minimum distance for a booking is 30 km (19 mi). For shorter distances, a fixed price will apply.
We Offer Three Types of Tariffs:
1. One-Way: Standard rate based on distance per kilometer or mile, total distance includes return to our base in Paris.
2. Same day return: Pay only the outward fare plus a waiting charge for every 15 minutes. The return trip is free. This is the most economical option if you’re traveling to and from the same destination on the same day. The return drop-off address must be within 100 km (62 mi) zone around Paris.
3. Any other day return: multiply the one-way fare by two.
Waiting Charges:
If you require a taxi or transfer with waiting time or multiple stops—such as traveling to one city or address, where we wait for you before continuing to the next destination—a waiting charge will be added to your fare. Our waiting charges are quoted per hour, but you pay for every quarter of an hour you use. The waiting rates are as follows: Sedan/Station Wagon (SW): €60 per hour; Van: €75 per hour. For coach services, please contact us for details. Please note: Short stops of up to 15 minutes are not subject to waiting charges.
Travel to and from The United Kingdom
For journeys to and from the UK, the price shown on our instant quote and booking form does not include the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket nor the pet fee if you travel with an animal. The total cost of this transfer comprises a fixed part for our transportation service and a variable part for the Eurotunnel shuttle. Customs Formalities Before Channel Crossing by Eurotunnel Shuttle
How Long Does It Take to Cross the Channel?
There are two primary ways to cross the Channel by taxi: Eurotunnel and ferry.
We usually use Eurotunnel for its speed and cost-effectiveness. The crossing itself takes just 35 minutes. However, including the recommended check-in time of one hour before the shuttle departure, the total crossing time is approximately 90 minutes.
What Information is Required for Border Crossing?
To speed up customs procedures, we must provide certain information for all passengers when purchasing Eurotunnel shuttle tickets. This is known as Advance Passenger Information (API).
The API for each passenger includes:
- Name and Surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Document type (usually passport)
- Document number
- Document issuing country
- Document expiry date
If you are traveling with a pet, we also need your pet’s name and microchip number, which will be verified at pet reception.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we monitor your flight's progress and will adjust your vehicle's arrival time accordingly, ensuring there are no extra charges for delays.
What if my flight or train delay is more than one hour?
We understand that sometimes it could happen. If you anticipate that your flight or train will be delayed by more than an hour, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail, SMS, or phone call. Depending on vehicle availability, we can either reschedule the start of our service to a later time or cancel it without any penalty.
Extra Charges and Tolls
All taxes, bridge and road tolls, and parking fees are included in the instant online quotes provided on our website, except for journeys to and from the UK. For trips involving the UK, the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket is not included in the quoted price. This ticket cost will be added separately.
Cancellation Policy
For pickups within the Paris region (62 miles around Paris): Cancellations are accepted without charge if made at least 2 hours before the scheduled transfer.
For pickups outside the Paris region: Cancellations are accepted without charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
No-show: A 100% charge applies if you do not show up for the transfer.
Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone, especially if the transfer is imminent.
Can I book a transfer now and make changes or add a stop later?
Yes, you can request changes to your booking via email. If the transfer is imminent, please call us directly. Changes to your itinerary can be made free of charge. However, please note that any modifications to the route may affect the distance and, consequently, the price.
Car Type
When you book an Economy class car, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if your selected car is unavailable.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive three emails confirming your booking:
1. Initial Confirmation: An automatic email confirming that your booking has been recorded by our system.
2. Booking Acceptance: An email from our manager confirming that your booking has been accepted.
3. Driver Assignment: Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you will receive an email with the driver’s name, phone number, and photo.
For your first booking on our website, you will also receive a welcome email with your login and password.
