Can I add stops or detours to my route?
Yes. When booking a ride from point A to point B, you can adapt your itinerary as you wish: add up to 8 stops or detours, and specify how long you wish to stay at each. At the end of the booking process, you will see the all-inclusive price, covering all detours and waiting time at stops.

How much does a long-distance ride to or from Paris cost?
- The price is fixed once booked and is not affected by traffic or weather; pick-ups late at night or very early in the morning may be priced higher
- Our prices are usually much lower than those of regular taxis
- All taxes, fees, road tolls and parking charges are included in the prices shown on our website
- Booster seats and child seats are free
Exception for the UK: for transfers between the UK and continental Europe, the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket, and the pet fee if you travel with a pet, are not included in our online instant quote.

Can I modify my booking?
Yes - modifications are free of charge: the date of the pick-up, the addresses, the route and stops, or the number of passengers.
As our prices are based on distance, changing an address or adding a detour may increase or decrease the distance, and therefore the total price. Just let us know by email, or by phone if your transfer is about to start. For our cancellation policy, please see the FAQ below.

- Sedan - comfortable for up to 3 passengers
- Station Wagon (SW) - ideal for 3 passengers with extra luggage space for 5 medium-sized suitcases
- Minivan/MPV - spacious, for up to 4 passengers, with a large luggage trunk that holds up to 7 medium-sized suitcases
- Van - spacious, for up to 8 passengers, with an extra-large luggage trunk that holds up to 12 medium-sized suitcases

FREE WAITING
Enjoy one hour of free waiting time for airport or train station pickups. If you are delayed for more than an hour at passport control or baggage claim, simply call your driver and no additional charge will apply.
FLAT RATE & FIXED PRICE
You will know the exact price based on your pick-up and drop-off locations. The price includes all taxes, road tolls and parking fees - no hidden costs. However, for transfers between the UK and continental Europe, the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket price is not included in our online instant quote.
We offer three types of fare:
One-way - our standard fare per km/mi.
Same-day return - you pay only the one-way fare plus a waiting charge for every quarter of an hour, so your return trip is free.
Return on another day - multiply the one-way fare by two.
MEET AND GREET
Your driver will meet you at the airport or train station, holding a nameplate with your name (or any inscription you prefer). They will also help you load your luggage.
PAYPAL / CASH / CREDIT CARD
We accept all major payment methods: PayPal or credit card online prepayment, or cash and credit card paid directly to your driver. Bank transfer is available for travel agencies and other travel-industry professionals.

On long-distance journeys, we recommend a maximum of 3 passengers in the SW/Sedan and Executive for comfort. For a group of 4, we recommend the more spacious Minivan/MPV.
OUR FARES AND PRICES
How do we calculate the total price for our long-distance taxis and transfers?
We follow a simple principle: the longer the distance, the lower the price per mile or kilometre. Our standard rate is based on the fastest route calculated by Google Maps between your departure and arrival points. For one-way journeys, the total distance also includes the return trip to our base in central Paris.

Conversion rates:
1 kilometre = 0.6214 mile
1 mile = 1.609 kilometres
Please note: the minimum distance for a booking is 30 km (19 mi). For shorter distances, a fixed price applies.
We offer three types of tariff:
1. One-way: standard rate based on distance, per kilometre or mile. The total distance includes the return to our base in Paris.
2. Same-day return: pay only the outward fare plus a waiting charge for every 15 minutes; the return trip is free. This is the most economical option if you travel to and from the same destination on the same day. The return drop-off address must be within Paris city limits.
3. Return on another day: multiply the one-way fare by two.
Waiting charges:
If you need a taxi or transfer with waiting time or multiple stops - for example, travelling to one city or address where we wait for you before continuing to the next destination - a waiting charge is added to your fare. Waiting charges are quoted per hour, but you pay for every quarter of an hour you use. The waiting rates are: Sedan / Station Wagon (SW) / Minivan: €70 per hour; Van: €90 per hour.
Please note: short comfort stops of up to 15 minutes along your route - for example, a restroom break or a quick snack at a motorway service station we are already passing - are free of charge. Longer stops, or stops where the driver waits while you visit a place, are subject to the waiting charge described above.
Travel to and from the United Kingdom
For journeys to and from the UK, the price shown on our instant quote and booking form does not include the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket, nor the pet fee if you travel with an animal. The total cost of this transfer has a fixed part for our transport service and a variable part for the Eurotunnel or ferry crossing. A deposit equal to the crossing ticket price is required. Our prices are the same in both directions, and the same on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
For journeys to and from the UK, the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket is not included in the prices shown in the table and is charged separately.
Travel times and prices in the table are calculated from city centre to city centre. The price shown in the booking form may therefore be slightly higher or lower, depending on where exactly your pick-up and drop-off points are located.
If your pick-up is outside the Paris region (more than 25 miles or 40 km from Paris), we may ask for a partial or full prepayment.

Where Are Our Prices Most Competitive?
Our long-distance taxi and private transfers are designed for intercity trips across France and for international trips between France, the Schengen Area countries and the UK. Our prices are most competitive for:
- trips between cities in France, including to and from Paris
- trips between France and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy and Spain
- trips between France and other EU countries or the UK, when the departure or arrival point is in France
Long-Distance Taxi, Private Transfer or Private Driver: What Is the Difference?
Long-distance taxi vs private transfer: there is no difference. In both cases, you pay for the distance from point A to point B (per kilometre or mile), plus waiting time for any stops you request in the booking form.
Long-distance taxi vs private driver: the difference is how you pay.
- Long-distance taxi (distance-based): you pay a fixed price for the distance between two points, plus waiting time for any stops you request. Traffic and trip duration do not affect the price. Please give precise pick-up, drop-off and stop addresses, and the duration of each stop, in the booking form.
- Private driver (hourly): you pay per hour for driving and waiting time, with a car and driver at your disposal. Only the pick-up address needs to be precise: you can stop wherever you like, add or remove places to visit during the trip, and extend or shorten the service within the set limits. You indicate the farthest point of your trip, and we tell you the minimum hire duration; the hourly rate stays the same whatever the distance.
For example, the minimum hire duration is 3 hours in Paris and 12 hours for a trip to the Loire Valley, and within that time you are free to stop at any address in Paris or visit any castle in the Loire Valley.
A "long-distance private car service" is the same as a private driver for long-distance trips.

Our English-speaking professional drivers can also meet you at any address in France or the EU, at an airport, a train station, or a sea or river cruise or cargo port. Your driver can act as your English-French interpreter: not everyone in France speaks English, so if you need help with translation, just mention it in your booking.
Stops and Detours on the Way
Short comfort stops for a quick snack or a restroom break are free: just ask your driver, there is no need to add them when booking. You can also stop for a few minutes to take a picture.
For longer stops to visit a landmark or tourist attraction, or for detours from the route, add them in the booking form with the duration of each stop (there is a dedicated button for this). At the end of the booking process, you will see the total price, including all stops.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (FAQ)
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we monitor your flight's progress and will adjust your vehicle's arrival time accordingly, ensuring there are no extra charges for delays.
What if my flight or train delay is more than one hour?
We understand that sometimes it could happen. If you anticipate that your flight or train will be delayed by more than an hour, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail, SMS, or phone call. Depending on vehicle availability, we can either reschedule the start of our service to a later time or cancel it without any penalty.
Are taxes, tolls and parking fees included in the price?
All taxes, bridge and road tolls, and parking fees are included in the instant online quotes provided on our website - except Eurotunnel or ferry tickets for journeys to and from the UK, which are invoiced separately at cost. For transfers between the UK and continental Europe, please make your booking at least 48 hours before the pick-up time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will accept any cancellation without a fine if you make it at least 24 hours before the pickup.
No-show: A 100% charge applies if you do not show up for the transfer.
Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone, especially if the transfer is imminent.
Can I book a transfer now and make changes or add a stop later?
Yes, you can request changes to your booking via email. If the transfer is imminent, please call us directly. Changes to your itinerary can be made free of charge. However, please note that any modifications to the route may affect the distance and, consequently, the price.
What happens if the car I booked is unavailable?
When you book an Economy class car, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if your selected car is unavailable.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive three emails confirming your booking:
1. Initial Confirmation: An automatic email confirming that your booking has been recorded by our system.
2. Booking Acceptance: An email from our manager confirming that your booking has been accepted.
3. Driver Assignment: Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you will receive an email with the driver's name, phone number, and photo.
For your first booking on our website, you will also receive a welcome email with your login and password.
What should I do if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is starting soon?
First, check your spam folder. If you don't find the confirmation email there, please call us at +33 7 82 30 62 95 and we will assist you promptly.
HOW TO MEET YOUR DRIVER
If pickup is at the airport or train station, your driver will be waiting for you with a nameplate.
At the airport: your driver will meet you in the arrival hall, just in front of the exit from the luggage claim area.
At the train station: your driver will be waiting for you at the head end of your train, near the locomotive.
You will recognise your driver by a nameplate with your name on it. In the confirmation e-mail we send you the driver's name and phone number, so you can reach them in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as lost luggage.
Your driver will wait for you for one hour from the arrival of your flight. If you are delayed - for example by slow passport control or a wait at baggage claim - just call or send an SMS to let your driver know you have arrived, and no extra waiting charge will apply. Your driver will then help with your suitcases and escort you to your vehicle, ready for your journey.

Stops for sightseeing on the way
Make the most of your travel time in Europe: on the way from one city to another, you can visit places you would not otherwise have the chance to see.
Use our booking form to add stops and see them on the map of your itinerary, or write to us through the contact form and we will plan the itinerary for you.
You can add up to 8 stops. The map shows all your stops, the total distance and the total duration of your trip, including the time spent at each stop.

#1 Château de Chantilly
If you have booked our long-distance taxi from Amsterdam, Bruges or Brussels to Paris, you will travel on the A1 motorway. About 50 km (31 miles) before Paris, you will pass close to the Château de Chantilly, only 12 km (8 miles) from the motorway. You can simply drive past, stop for 15 minutes to take photos, or visit the castle and its museum.
#2 Notre-Dame de Senlis
Another place worth seeing on a transfer from the Netherlands or Belgium to Paris lies about 1 mile from the A1 motorway and 6 miles from the Château de Chantilly: the small and beautiful town of Senlis, with its 12th-century Gothic cathedral, Notre-Dame de Senlis. A short walk from the cathedral along the cobbled medieval streets brings you to the Château royal de Senlis.
It was here in Senlis, in 987, that Hugh Capet was elected "King of the Franks", the first king of the Capetian dynasty, which went on to rule France for more than 800 years.
