Important Information for UK-Continental Transfers
Exception for The United Kingdom: for transfers between The UK and continental Europe, Eurotunnel shuttle tickets and any applicable pet fees (if you are travelling with a pet) are not included in the online instant quote. We purchase Eurotunnel tickets on your behalf, and the ticket price will depend on the season and departure time. There is two types of tickets: Economy and Flexiplus. You can choose between Economy and Flexiplus tickets during the booking process or later via email with our team.
For trips between The UK and mainland Europe, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

FREE WAITING
Enjoy one hour of free waiting time for airport or train station pickups. If you're delayed for more than an hour at passport control or baggage claim, simply call your driver, and no additional charges will apply.
FLAT RATE & FIXED PRICE
You will know the exact price based on your pick-up and drop-off locations. The price includes all taxes, road tolls, and parking fees - no hidden costs. However, for transfers between the UK and continental Europe, the Eurotunnel ticket price is not included in our online instant quote.
We offer three types of fares:
One way - our standard fare per km/mi.
Same day return - You will pay only one-way fare plus a waiting charge for every quarter of an hour, so your return trip is free.
Any other day return - multiply the one-way price by two.
MEET AND GREET
Your driver will meet you at the airport or train station, holding a nameplate with your name (or any inscription you prefer). He will also assist with loading your luggage.
PAYPAL / CASH / CREDIT CARD
All payment methods: PayPal and Credit Card online prepayment or Cash and Credit Card on the spot to your driver after the trip. Bank transfer for travel agencies and other professionals of the travel business.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN YOU TAKE WITH YOU?
#1 VW Caravelle Van luggage trunk dimensions
The 8-seater VW Caravelle offers two main configurations for luggage and passenger space:
A. Standard configuration:
With all 8 passenger seats in use, the luggage compartment can accommodate up to 12 medium-sized suitcases or approximately 24 small-sized suitcases.
B. Folded configuration:
When the two rear rows of seats are folded down, only 3 passenger seats remain—two in the front next to the driver and one in the middle row. This setup provides additional luggage space, allowing you to fit up to 3 racing bicycles and 7 large suitcases, or up to 15 large suitcases. As shown in the picture, the trunk can easily hold two racing bikes and one large bag.

How Do We Calculate the Total Price for Our Long-Distance Taxis and Transfers?
We follow a simple principle: the longer the distance, the lower the price per mile/kilometer. Our standard rate is based on the fastest route calculated by Google Maps between your departure and arrival points. For one-way journeys, the total distance also includes the return trip to our base in central Paris.

Conversion rates:
1 kilometer = 0.6214 mile
1 mile = 1.609 kilometer
Please note: The minimum distance for a booking is 30 km (19 mi). For shorter distances, a fixed price will apply.
We Offer Three Types of Tariffs:
1. One-Way: Standard rate based on distance per kilometer or mile.
2. Same day return: Pay only the outward fare plus a waiting charge for every 15 minutes. The return trip is free. This is the most economical option if you’re traveling to and from the same destination on the same day. The return drop-off address must be within 100 km (62 mi) zone around Paris.
3. Any other day return: multiply the one-way fare by two.
Waiting Charges:
If you require a taxi or transfer with waiting time or multiple stops—such as traveling to one city or address, where we wait for you before continuing to the next destination—a waiting charge will be added to your fare. Our waiting charges are quoted per hour, but you pay for every quarter of an hour you use. The waiting rates are as follows: Sedan/Station Wagon (SW): €60 per hour; Van: €75 per hour. For coach services, please contact us for details. Please note: Short stops of up to 15 minutes are not subject to waiting charges.
Travel to and from The United Kingdom
For journeys to and from the UK, the price shown on our instant quote and booking form does not include the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket nor the pet fee if you travel with an animal. The total cost of this transfer comprises a fixed part for our transportation service and a variable part for the Eurotunnel shuttle. There is no significant difference between long-distance taxi services and private transfer services. In both cases, you pay based on the distance traveled (per kilometer or mile) from point A to point B, as well as for any requested stops indicated in the booking form.
Short stops for snacks or restroom breaks are always complimentary, regardless of the service, and do not need to be specified during the booking process.
Long-distance taxi VS. private driver for long distance travel?
- Long-distance taxi:
With long-distance taxi services, you pay a fixed price based on the distance between two points, calculated on a per kilometer/mile basis. The cost may also include waiting time if you request stops or deviations along the route. However, traffic or the duration of the trip will not affect the final price—you pay for the distance, not the time.
It's important to provide precise details for pick-up, drop-off locations, stops, and the duration of any requested stops in the booking form to ensure accurate pricing and a smooth journey.
- Private driver for long-distance travel:
For private driver services or car with driver hire, you pay on a per-hour basis, covering both driving and waiting time. You have the flexibility to customize your trip, with the car and driver at your disposal for a specific number of hours. Unlike the long-distance taxi, there's no need to be exact about your itinerary—aside from the pick-up location. You can make as many stops as you like, modify the route during the trip, and extend or shorten the service duration within the predefined limits.
When booking a private driver, you must specify the farthest destination you plan to visit so we can recommend the minimum duration of the service. For example, in Paris, the minimum hire duration is 3 hours, while a trip to the Loire Valley requires a minimum of 12 hours. During your journey, you’re free to visit any stops in Paris or any castles in the Loire Valley at your leisure. The hourly rate remains the same, regardless of the total distance traveled.

A long-distance private car service is essentially the same as a private driver for long-distance trips. Both services offer a dedicated vehicle and driver to transport you between destinations, providing flexibility and convenience.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we monitor your flight's progress and will adjust your vehicle's arrival time accordingly, ensuring there are no extra charges for delays.
What if my flight or train delay is more than one hour?
We understand that sometimes it could happen. If you anticipate that your flight or train will be delayed by more than an hour, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail, SMS, or phone call. Depending on vehicle availability, we can either reschedule the start of our service to a later time or cancel it without any penalty.
Extra Charges and Tolls
All taxes, bridge and road tolls, and parking fees are included in the instant online quotes provided on our website, except for journeys to and from the UK. For trips involving the UK, the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket is not included in the quoted price. This ticket cost will be added separately.
Cancellation Policy
For pickups within the Paris region (62 miles around Paris): Cancellations are accepted without charge if made at least 2 hours before the scheduled transfer.
For pickups outside the Paris region: Cancellations are accepted without charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
No-show: A 100% charge applies if you do not show up for the transfer.
Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone, especially if the transfer is imminent.
Can I book a transfer now and make changes or add a stop later?
Yes, you can request changes to your booking via email. If the transfer is imminent, please call us directly. Changes to your itinerary can be made free of charge. However, please note that any modifications to the route may affect the distance and, consequently, the price.
Car Type
When you book an Economy class car, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if your selected car is unavailable.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive three emails confirming your booking:
1. Initial Confirmation: An automatic email confirming that your booking has been recorded by our system.
2. Booking Acceptance: An email from our manager confirming that your booking has been accepted.
3. Driver Assignment: Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you will receive an email with the driver’s name, phone number, and photo.
For your first booking on our website, you will also receive a welcome email with your login and password.
What should I do if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is starting soon?
