We offer long-distance taxi transfers and private driver services across France and the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria, and other EU countries.
Our professional, licensed, English-speaking drivers can pick you up from any address, airport, train station or cruise port within Europe or the UK, and drive you to any destination in another EU country or the UK.
For taxi transfers between the UK and France (or another EU country), we welcome pets if you are travelling with an animal.
Flexible Itineraries for Your Convenience
When booking a ride from point A to point B, you have the flexibility to customise your journey. Add detours and stops, and specify how long you wish to stop at each. The final price shown at the end of the booking process is all-inclusive, covering any additional stops and waiting time.
Short stops for snacks or restroom breaks are, of course, complimentary and do not need to be specified during booking.
Transparent and Affordable Pricing
Our prices are fixed, transparent, and typically more affordable than regular taxis. You will always know the cost upfront, with no hidden charges. We offer a flat, all-inclusive price that covers all applicable taxes, fees, road tolls and parking charges.
Important Information for UK-Continental Transfers
Exception for the United Kingdom: for transfers between the UK and continental Europe, Eurotunnel or ferry tickets and any applicable pet fees (if you are travelling with a pet) are not included in the online instant quote. We purchase the Eurotunnel or ferry tickets on your behalf, and the ticket price depends on the season and departure time. For the Eurotunnel shuttle there are two types of ticket: Economy and Flexiplus. You can choose between them later, by email with our team.
For trips between the UK and mainland Europe, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Our routes are primarily France-centred, connecting France with the UK and every EU country - in both directions.
We also handle long-distance journeys between southern and northern Europe that pass through France, for example from Portugal, Spain or Italy up to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg or the UK.
Within France, we provide reliable intercity taxi and private transfer services, such as Paris to any other city and back.

What is our area of operation?
We operate within the Schengen Zone and the United Kingdom.
The Schengen Area is the European Union's passport-free travel zone, encompassing 29 countries. In addition, four non-EU countries - Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein - are part of the Schengen Area.
Within these countries you are free to travel, live, study, work and retire.
Please note that there are passport controls between France and the United Kingdom. If you are not a British or Irish citizen, you now also need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK - including children. The ETA is a digital travel permission (not a visa) linked to your passport; you apply online or through the UK ETA app, usually with a decision in minutes. If you require a visa to visit the UK, you will need one instead of an ETA.

FREE WAITING
Enjoy one hour of free waiting time for airport or train station pickups. If you are delayed for more than an hour at passport control or baggage claim, simply call your driver and no additional charge will apply.
FLAT RATE & FIXED PRICE
You will know the exact price based on your pick-up and drop-off locations. The price includes all taxes, road tolls and parking fees - no hidden costs. However, for transfers between the UK and continental Europe, the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket price is not included in our online instant quote.
We offer three types of fare:
One-way - our standard fare per km/mi.
Same-day return - you pay only the one-way fare plus a waiting charge for every quarter of an hour, so your return trip is free.
Return on another day - multiply the one-way fare by two.
MEET AND GREET
Your driver will meet you at the airport or train station, holding a nameplate with your name (or any inscription you prefer). They will also help you load your luggage.

We accept all major payment methods: PayPal or credit card online prepayment, or cash and credit card paid directly to your driver. Bank transfer is available for travel agencies and other travel-industry professionals.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN YOU TAKE WITH YOU?
#1 VW Caravelle Van luggage trunk dimensions
The 8-seater VW Caravelle offers two main configurations for luggage and passenger space:
A. Standard configuration:
With all 8 passenger seats in use, the luggage compartment can hold up to 12 medium-sized suitcases, or about 24 small-sized suitcases.
B. Folded configuration:
When the rear seats are folded down, 3 passenger seats remain - two in the front next to the driver and one in the middle row. This frees up a large amount of luggage space: you can fit up to 15 large suitcases, or a combination such as 3 racing bicycles and 7 large suitcases. As shown in the picture, the trunk easily holds two racing bikes and one large bag.

OUR FARES AND PRICES
How do we calculate the total price for our long-distance taxis and transfers?
We follow a simple principle: the longer the distance, the lower the price per mile or kilometre. Our standard rate is based on the fastest route calculated by Google Maps between your departure and arrival points. For one-way journeys, the total distance also includes the return trip to our base in central Paris.

Conversion rates:
1 kilometre = 0.6214 mile
1 mile = 1.609 kilometres
Please note: the minimum distance for a booking is 30 km (19 mi). For shorter distances, a fixed price applies.
We offer three types of tariff:
1. One-way: standard rate based on distance, per kilometre or mile. The total distance includes the return to our base in Paris.
2. Same-day return: pay only the outward fare plus a waiting charge for every 15 minutes; the return trip is free. This is the most economical option if you travel to and from the same destination on the same day. The return drop-off address must be within Paris city limits.
3. Return on another day: multiply the one-way fare by two.
Waiting charges:
If you need a taxi or transfer with waiting time or multiple stops - for example, travelling to one city or address where we wait for you before continuing to the next destination - a waiting charge is added to your fare. Waiting charges are quoted per hour, but you pay for every quarter of an hour you use. The waiting rates are: Sedan / Station Wagon (SW) / Minivan: €70 per hour; Van: €90 per hour.
Please note: short comfort stops of up to 15 minutes along your route - for example, a restroom break or a quick snack at a motorway service station we are already passing - are free of charge. Longer stops, or stops where the driver waits while you visit a place, are subject to the waiting charge described above.
Travel to and from the United Kingdom
For journeys to and from the UK, the price shown on our instant quote and booking form does not include the Eurotunnel or ferry ticket, nor the pet fee if you travel with an animal. The total cost of this transfer has a fixed part for our transport service and a variable part for the Eurotunnel or ferry crossing. A deposit equal to the crossing ticket price is required. How Our Long-Distance Taxi and Transfer Services Work
Long-Distance Taxi vs Private Driver: What Is the Difference?
There is no significant difference between a long-distance taxi and a private transfer: in both, you pay for the distance travelled (per kilometre or mile) from point A to point B, plus any stops you request in the booking form. Short comfort stops for a snack or a restroom break along the way are always free and do not need to be specified.
The real distinction is between a distance-based service and an hourly one:
- Long-distance taxi / private transfer (distance-based): you pay a fixed price based on the distance between two points, per kilometre or mile. Traffic and trip duration do not affect the price - you pay for the distance, not the time. Please provide precise pick-up, drop-off and stop details in the booking form for accurate pricing.
- Private driver / car with driver (hourly): you pay per hour, covering both driving and waiting time, with the car and driver at your disposal. You do not need to fix the exact itinerary in advance (only the pick-up point): you can add stops, change the route during the trip, and extend or shorten the service within the set limits. You simply indicate the farthest destination so we can advise the minimum hire duration. The hourly rate stays the same regardless of the distance travelled.
A "long-distance private car service" is essentially the same as a private driver for long-distance trips - a dedicated vehicle and driver, offering flexibility and convenience.

Our English-speaking drivers can meet you almost anywhere in the EU or the UK - at an airport, train station or cruise port. Popular pick-up points include:

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we monitor your flight's progress and will adjust your vehicle's arrival time accordingly, ensuring there are no extra charges for delays.
What if my flight or train delay is more than one hour?
We understand that sometimes it could happen. If you anticipate that your flight or train will be delayed by more than an hour, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail, SMS, or phone call. Depending on vehicle availability, we can either reschedule the start of our service to a later time or cancel it without any penalty.
Are taxes, tolls and parking fees included in the price?
All taxes, bridge, road tolls, and parking fees are included in the instant online quotes provided on our website, except for journeys to and from the UK. For trips involving the UK, the Eurotunnel shuttle ticket is not included in the quoted price. This ticket cost will be added separately.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will accept any cancellation without a fine if you make it at least 24 hours before the pickup.
No-show: A 100% charge applies if you do not show up for the transfer.
Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone, especially if the transfer is imminent.
Can I book a transfer now and make changes or add a stop later?
Yes, you can request changes to your booking via email. If the transfer is imminent, please call us directly. Changes to your itinerary can be made free of charge. However, please note that any modifications to the route may affect the distance and, consequently, the price.
What happens if the car I booked is unavailable?
When you book an Economy class car, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if your selected car is unavailable.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive three emails confirming your booking:
1. Initial Confirmation: An automatic email confirming that your booking has been recorded by our system.
2. Booking Acceptance: An email from our manager confirming that your booking has been accepted.
3. Driver Assignment: Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you will receive an email with the driver's name, phone number, and photo.
For your first booking on our website, you will also receive a welcome email with your login and password.
What should I do if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is starting soon?
