What is the price for one way transfer?

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
- Modifications are for free: time or date of the pick-up, flight number, terminal, address, the number of passengers (if the schedule and capacity of the shuttle allow it).
- Cancellation is for free if you cancel at least two hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will get a full refund.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE YOUR DRIVER
If pickup is at the airport or the hotel you will recognize your driver by a nameplate with the inscription "Aramis Paris".
While in the case of an individual or private transfer, it is the driver who waits for the passengers, in the case of shared shuttle transfer it is mostly passengers who should wait for their driver to pick them up. In such a case it is important to be in the right place at the right time (scheduled time).
At the Beauvais airport: the meeting point is in the arrivals hall, just in front of a one-way exit from the luggage claim area.
At the Charles de Gaulle airport: the meeting point is in Terminal 2E, just in front of the Express pick-up exit 6a.
At the hotel: the meeting point is in a hotel lobby next to the main entrance.
At the address (apartment, Airbnb, etc.): the meeting point is at the main entrance into the building or on the street next to the entrance.
In the confirmation e-mail, we will let you know your driver's name and phone number, so you can contact your driver in case of any unforeseen circumstances like loss of luggage, etc. Your driver will wait for you 5 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. If you linger for some reason, slow passport control or luggage claim, call or send an SMS to your driver letting him know that you've arrived and waiting for baggage or going through passport control, in this case, your driver will wait for you a little longer.

After you go down from the aircraft, you go through the passport control, then you pick your luggage if you have any, then you leave the security luggage claim area through a one-way exit (anti-walk-back-door) to get into the arrivals hall. Just next to this one-way exit, inside the arrivals hall, you should wait for your driver at the scheduled time.
There is only one such "one-way exit" in each terminal, so you cannot get lost. You can see it in the picture below.

After your shuttle driver picked up passengers in Terminal 1, he will expect to meet you next to the Express pick-up exit 6a inside the arrivals hall of Terminal 2E.
Exit 6a is at the arrivals level of terminal 2E, 50 meters from the one-way exit from the luggage claim area.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHARED SHUTTLES
What if my plane is delayed?
Because it is a shared service, the shuttle can not wait for you longer than 15 minutes in case of your plane delay. If at the airport of your departure you see that the departure of your flight is delayed, it's better to cancel your booking, in most cases it will be more than 2 hours before the pick-up time, so you will get the full refund.
Pick-up delay at the Disneyland Paris
Because it is a shared transfer you shall accept that in some cases there may be a delay if pick-up is in Disneyland hotels or accommodations. Your shuttle may have to make a few stops in other hotels to pick-up other travelers (maximum 3 stops).
Extra charges and Tolls
Any taxes, bridge or road tolls, park tolls are included in the instant online quotes that you see on our web site. Child seats and boosters are for free.
Cancellation Policy
We will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 2 hours notice before the pick-up without any fine. The fine is rated 100% in case of No-show or cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up. The cancellation must be made by email or by phone if the transfer is about to start.
Can I book a transfer now and make changes later?
You can ask for a change via email. If the service is to start in a short time you can do it by phone. You can make changes in your booking free of charge if the schedule and capacity of the shuttle allow it.
Car Type
Depending on the number of passengers on a given ride, the car type can be a 8-seater van or 4-seater sedan or SW.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive a welcome email containing your login and password on your first booking with us. At all you will receive three emails.
- First: automatic email confirming that our system received your booking.
- Second: email from our manager, confirming that we accept your booking.
- Third: when the journey has been assigned to a driver, this email will contain the phone number, name and picture of your driver.
What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my service is imminent?
First check your spam folder, if confirmation email is not there, please call +33 6 98 27 20 02 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.
